General questions
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
If you have booked a flexible rate, you can change or cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before day of arrival. Please note that your arrival day starts at 0.00. You can do this directly through the booking platform/agency you booked with. If you have booked via our own website, it is best to send an e-mail to info@rosep.com stating your booking number.
If you have reserved a non-refundable rate, the reservation will be charged immediately and cannot be refunded or changed. You can cancel your reservation, but not without paying a 100% penalty.
Until what time can I check in?
Our standard check-in time is 15:00. An earlier check-in depends entirely on availability. If you want to guarantee an early check-in, we recommend reserving the night before your arrival as well (an extra night).
Can I park at the hotel?
At Landgoed de Rosep, we have a large parking area, including electric charging points. These are available for use at an additional cost.
Are there age restrictions in the hotel?
Both guests must be 18 years or older to book a hotel room unless you are coming with your family. Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests who are 18 years or older with a valid ID.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are allowed on our estate to a limited extent. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your dog. The cost for this is €25.00 per dog per day. There is a maximum of one dog per room.
Until what time can I have breakfast?
On weekdays, we serve an extensive breakfast buffet between 07:00 and 10:00. On weekends, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet from 08:00 to 10:30.
Until what time can I check out?
Our standard check-out time is 11:00. A later check-out is entirely dependent on availability.
Are there walking and cycling routes available at the hotel?
Certainly! Please inquire about our walking and cycling routes during check-in.
When are the wellness facilities open?
You can use our wellness facilities, such as the indoor pool and jacuzzi, daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Please note that the saunas are operational daily from 17:00 to 21:00. Wearing swimwear is mandatory. For more information, you can visit our wellness page.
